The Kitchen Unit has the important responsibility of serving a nutritious lunch
daily. Members of the kitchen unit have the job of planning and preparing lunch
for the entire Clubhouse. Members are involved in all aspects of the lunch from
meal planning, inventory, cost comparisons, and shopping for supplies, to the actual
preparing, serving, and clean up of the meal. The kitchen unit members are also
responsible for inventory and stocking of the Clubhouse Café (snack bar), often
with baked goods they have prepared.
