The Community Clubhouse for Brain Injury (formerly Ballinger TBI Clubhouse) is a program of the Community Health Center and is housed at Summit Terrace Apartments in Akron, Ohio. Services are available to those individuals affected by brain injury in Summit, Stark, Portage, Medina Counties.

The Clubhouse is located at 697 East Waterloo Rd., Akron, OH 44306, and the hours of operations are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
