The first Brain Injury Clubhouse in Summit County

The Community Clubhouse for Brain Injury (formerly Ballinger TBI Clubhouse) is a community day based program that offers long-term support, in a non-medical setting, to brain injured individuals who want to regain their independence, work skills, and social relationships.

The Clubhouse is a program of the Community Health Center (a non-profit organization) and is housed at Summit Terrace Apartments in Akron, Ohio. Services are available to those individuals affected by brain injury in Summit, Stark, Portage, and Medina Counties.

Rehabilitation Services Commission (RSC) is holding a café conversation to shape future state service such as employment, vocational rehabilitation, transition youth and independent living.
